Foundation of the National Hydraulic Works Company (SNCE), a major player in hydraulic infrastructure in Morocco.
Structural transformation of the company with a new governance model and strategic direction.
Construction of the Smir Dam, marking a major milestone in national hydraulic infrastructure projects.
Establishment of a steel fabrication unit (1,200 tons/year) manufacturing hydromechanical equipment, control systems, and special components for prestressed concrete pipelines.
Appointment of Mohamed Kamal Laraqui as Chairman and CEO, driving a new phase of growth and development.
Creation of a specialized industrial unit producing radially compressed reinforced concrete pipes (30,000 m³/year), DN 300 to 3000 mm.

A pioneer in the manufacturing and installation of prestressed concrete pipelines and hydromechanical equipment, the company has progressively strengthened its expertise through numerous landmark projects in water supply, sanitation, and hydro-agricultural development.
